TikTok LIVE & TikTok Shop

Creators who join our TikTok LIVE program do so free of charge, and BEAR MINIMUM never takes a cut of their TikTok LIVE earnings. When participating in our TikTok LIVE or TikTok Shop programs, creators may share platform-specific data (such as TikTok usernames, content metrics, and earnings data) to enable coaching, strategy, and program services.

This information is used solely to support the creator's growth and is not shared with third parties without the creator's consent, except as needed to support brand partnership programs the creator has agreed to participate in.

BEAR MINIMUM does not charge creators any fees or commissions on their TikTok LIVE earnings. Revenue from brand partnership programs is governed by the terms of each individual program agreement. For questions about fee structures, please contact us directly.

Creator Data & Brand Programs

In connection with brand programs creators participate in, BEAR MINIMUM may share certain creator information with prospective brand partners, including content metrics, audience demographics, platform handles, and portfolio samples. This sharing occurs only with the creator's knowledge and in connection with programs the creator has chosen to take part in.

We maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive creator information, including earnings data, private contact details, and the terms of any program agreements.

Creators may request removal of their profile, portfolio content, and associated data from our systems at any time. Upon receiving a valid removal request, BEAR MINIMUM will process the removal within ten (10) business days.
